WELCOME: The following is our Pre Launch explantion of our member incentive program. This is just a guideline, a more perminent Incentive Program will be implemented during our time in the Pre Launch, and posted immediatly upon completion of the Pre Launch.

Please Note: During Pre-launch there may be Ads that do not pay. These ads will be provided by potential clients that will be trying the system and helping us with the pre-launch. There will be no payments made for clicks on these ads. In the event an advertiser has paid (at a reduced rate) for their ad to help with the Pre-launch, an amount will be credited to your account, approx. 1/3 of of our purposed regular click rates. Lastly in the event the Advertiser has paid full Advertising rate for their ad then you will recieve the full regular click rate. There is no guarantee that there will be any paying ads during the Pre-Launch. Pre-Launch will last between 3-4 weeks, possibly a little less or a little more. Admins goal is to have it as short as possible, and will do everything in their power to achive a successfull Pre-Launch in the shortest amount of time. This will most likely be updated prior to opening so read, and be sure to come back and read before registering.

The following Click rates are a starting point only. Set low so as to not cause an unsustainable situation. During Pre launch it will be determined what will be sustainable. The rates are guaranteed to not go lower after the Pre-Launch, but in most likelyhood will be raised. Though that is not guaranteed. Your co-operation will be greatly appreciated.

30 second Ad - Regular click rate is $0.0075 for each website you visit and $0.00375 for each website your direct referrals visit. For premium members $0.0125 for each website you visit and $0.00625 for each website your direct referrals visit.

60 second Ad-Regular click rate is $0.015 for each website you visit and $0.0075 for each website your direct referrals visit. For premium members $0.02 for each website you visit and $0.01 for each website your direct referrals visit.

Click rates could go as high as *$0.03 and higher depening on Advertisers acceptance of our service.

RENTAL of REFERRALS & UPGRADING of MEMBERSHIP: These  options will not be available until after the Pre launch has concluded. We would like to gather feedback during the Pre launch from you the members, as to your thoughts, suggestions and overall opinion of these practices.
