The Terms and Conditions of Use below is an agreement between PrimoLinks and You (The User/Member). Use of the PrimoLinks website is subject to your unconditional acceptance of all terms and notices contained herein.

PrimoLinks Reserved Rights

With our without warning PrimoLinks reserves the right to cancel access to your account, place the account on hold or remove the account for any reason we deem necessary. These reasons may include, but are not limited to: Having more than one account per IP address (see term below for explanation), fraudulent use or withdrawal, using programs to automatically click ads.

PrimoLinks reserves the right to deny a purchase and in which case all (if any) payments received by PrimoLinks will be fully refunded to You.

Masking Your IP Address & Using Anonymous Proxy Serversl

Any User who is masking their IP address through an IP Masking Service when using PrimoLinks does so at their own risk. PrimoLinks does not allow Users to hold more than one account. When Users become members of PrimoLinks their IP address is recorded. If You are using an IP Masking Service it is possible that another User is using the same service. If this is the case then a duplicate IP address will show up and will result in immediate suspension of Your account. If you use Anonymous Proxy Servers, your account will be deleted without notice.

Minimum Age Requirement

The minimum age requirement for opening an account with PrimoLinks is 16. No person under the age of 16 is permitted to open and hold an account. Should a minor under the age of 16 give false information in order to open an account, PrimoLinks will not be held responsible for their access to the PrimoLinks website. The minor, or the minors guardians, take full responsibility for the minors use of the PrimoLinks website.

Member Account and Responsibilities

To enjoy full use of the PrimoLinks website You must complete the membership application process by providing all information as requested on the application form. You must establish a user name and password and confirm your email address before you can use Your account. PrimoLinks must be informed should Your details change.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. This includes keeping your user name and password confidential. You are responsible for any and all account activities and must notify PrimoLinks immediately if you suspect unlawful use of your account or a breach of security. PrimoLinks will not be held liable for loss to your account resulting from someone else gaining access, whether it is with or without your consent. However, you may be held liable should PrimoLinks or a third party suffer a loss as a result of authorised or unauthorised use of your account.

Account Inactivity

PrimoLinks reserves the right to terminate User accounts which have been inactive for more than 30 days. PrimoLinks will not be held liable for any loss that occurs as a result of this termination.

Account Payments

PrimoLinks makes payments to Users based on a 24-48 hr. schedule. This means Users may have to wait up to 48 hrs to receive their pay-out, depending on when the withdrawal request was received. Withdrawals must first be ‘approved’. You can check the status of Your withdrawal on your account and will be notified when a payment has been sent to your account. If payment does not appear within your account at the specified time please contact PrimoLinks support team.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate and up to date account withdrawal information. PrimoLinks cannot guarantee withdrawals will be accepted if account information is inaccurate. Furthermore, if You are suspected of fraudulent activity your withdrawal request may be denied and funds will not be re-issued to your account.

Withdrawals will not be accepted to inactive accounts. To avoid being flagged as inactive, You must click at least one ad every 5 DAYS. If you do not click at least one ad in each 5 day period your withdrawal request may be denied. As we are not ruthless communication will be forthwith if your request has been denied.

Non-Commercial and Personal Use Only

Use of PrimoLinks is personal and non-commercial only. All information, services, products and software made available to You on the PrimoLinks website is for your sole, personal use. By using PrimoLinks you agree that You will not sell, re-publish, re-produce, modify, copy, transmit, publish or display any part of the PrimoLinks service without prior express written permission.

Software Available Through PrimoLinks

Any and all software which is made available to You through PrimoLinks is subject to international copyright laws. As a user you are granted permission to view and/or download software which is applicable to the services of PrimoLinks or its suppliers. Your use of said software will be governed by the end user licence agreement, if there is one, and your use of said software indicates that you have agreed to this licence agreement.

Should no licence agreement exist, PrimoLinks grants You, the User, a personal and non-transferable licence to view and use the software. Reproduction, redistribution or adaptation of the software is prohibited by law and could result in civil proceedings.

Unlawful or Prohibited Use

You agree that Your use of PrimoLinks will not involve any unlawful or prohibited actions. For the purpose of these terms, unlawful or prohibited actions could include, but are not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorised access to Users accounts, or to PrimoLinks systems and networks; using PrimoLinks in such a way that it may interrupt or interfere with the PrimoLinks service, such as overburdening the servers with excessive bandwidth.

Links to Third Party Websites

The PrimoLinks website may feature links to third party websites. You are advised that PrimoLinks will not be held responsible for the content on linked websites. Links are provided for your convenience. A link from PrimoLinks to a third party website is by no means an endorsement of the third party’s services. By following a link to a third party website you are agreeing to the terms of use of such website and should make yourself familiar with these terms before continuing your usage of the linked website.

PrimoLinks will not be held responsible or liable for Your dealings with an Advertiser on PrimoLinks, or a third party website linked through PrimoLinks. Any special offers or promotions, including their delivery to you, is between You and the third party website or Advertiser. PrimoLinks will not enter into discussion with You regarding non-delivery of third party services.

Liability Disclaimer

You are advised that the PrimoLinks website, services, products, offers, and software may contain inaccuracies and/or typographical errors.

PrimoLinks does not make any guarantees as to the suitability or availability of products and services offered through the PrimoLinks website or through its Advertisers or Suppliers. Furthermore PrimoLinks makes no assurances as to the reliability or lack of viruses or other harmful elements provided through the PrimoLinks website, services or software, or its Suppliers or Advertisers.

PrimoLinks and its Suppliers gives no warranty or conditions as to the suitability, effectiveness, quality or title regarding information, products, services or software made available through PrimoLinks.

Your use of the PrimoLinks website indicates that you agree PrimoLinks will no be held responsible for unauthorised access to or alteration of your data or transmissions, or of any data or material sent or received, or any transactions entered into through the PrimoLinks website.

PrimoLinks will not be held responsible for any damages incurred through Your use of the PrimoLinks website and/or services or through that of a third party Supplier or Advertiser. Damages may include, but are not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of use and no limit as to howsoever these damages have been caused.

Termination and Access Restriction

Termination of access to any or all of the PrimoLinks services is at the sole discretion of PrimoLinks. PrimoLinks reserves the right to limit, or deny access at any time, without notice. Additionally PrimoLinks reserves the right to access Your account at any time should PrimoLinks suspect that You are not abiding by the Terms of Service, and at PrimoLinks discretion, terminate Your account. Should PrimoLinks terminate Your account this will be with no obligation to maintain any conent associated with Your account or to forward and messages to You or any third party.

The following are some actions that are deemed to justify termination:

1)Sending unsolicited mail to people, asking them to join PrimoLinks.com without any prior contact with you is not only against our policy, but it is also illegal. Spamming cannot be tolerated, upon reciept of even one complaint, and after investigating the incedent, your account will be disabled if you are found to be engaging in Spamming.

2) You may only have one account. Do not attempt to create more than one account or all of your accounts will be terminated.

3)Auto-Click/Software. If you are offering or found to be promoting or using any unauthorized third party software or services used to "auto-click" or attempt to defraud PrimoLinks.com your account will be terminated without notice. Termination of your account due to these violations will result in forfeiture of all account balances. Legal action may also be initiated.

Hacking and/or Security Violations

PrimoLinks will not tolerate any person or persons hacking into the PrimoLinks website or infringing the security of the PrimoLinks website. Any person or persons found doing so will be banned from using the PrimoLinks website and may be prosecuted, at PrimoLinks discretion.

Privacy and Protection of Personal Data

All PrimoLinks Users are required to divulge personally identifiable information in order to open and maintain an account. PrimoLinks collects and stores this personally identifiable information and WILL NOT SHARE THIS INFORMATION WITH ANY THIRD PARTIES.

PrimoLinks will not associate any personally identifiable data with sensitive personal data, such as your race, sexual orientation, religion, political affiliations or ethnicity, and will take every reasonable care to ensure that this sensitive data is kept separate.

PrimoLinks is not responsible for the way in which third party websites collect or store your personal data. Users are advised to check privacy policies of third party websites before divulging such information.

Your data is used by PrimoLinks to contact You with carefully selected services and offers. You may also be contacted to participate in surveys or research regarding your views on current or potential services offered by PrimoLinks.

Modification of PrimoLinks Terms of Use

PrimoLinks reserves the right to amend the aforementioned Terms of Use at any time, without notice. You are responsible for periodically reviewing the Terms of Use as Your use of the PrimoLinks website indicates that you are familiar with, and agree to, these terms and conditions.
